i was almost tempted to give a good review, but the warm fridge ruined my snacks, how am i supposed to enjoy those? not to mention the breakfast selection is so dull, it woudl ve been nice to have more variety. and don’t get me started on the lacking sound insulation, it’s like no one cares about comfort here!

Had a great stay at San Marco! The staff were super accommodating, fixing my shower quickly and giving me a new room. Breakfast had plenty of options, especially loved the fresh fruit. Just wish the internet was faster for the price.

The breakfast selection could use some expansion—more variety would really elevate the start of the day. I dealt with a warm fridge in the room which didn’t do my snacks any favors, and the internet speed felt sluggish, especially for the price tag attached to my stay. Sound insulation proved lacking as well, with noise from the hall filtering in a bit too easily.

The cleanliness, the helpful housekeeping team, the quality of breakfast was truly impressive.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel San Marco. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The location is perfect, merely a few minutes' walk to the historical center and main attractions.

It was just a great fit for a couple of nights in Prato with fantastic value for money. The receptionist was super friendly and offered great local tips for exploring the area. Try to get a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise.
